New construction purchase decision - Cancel because of mold?

Hello everyone, we are about to buy a new building and during the last viewing we found the following stain at the junction between the wall and ceiling.

Is this mold or could it be something else?

If it is mold, would this be a reason to cancel the purchase?

No, if that is even mold, it can be taken care of.

Take the test: Make yourself a one to five solution of Danklorix and water. Your wife knows this stuff. She knows where to buy it.
Brush the solution onto the spot. If it disappears: mold. Not unusual in that spot. It was just dried poorly, too little ventilation. Where Danklorix was, the mold is dead. Not gone, no - dead. That stuff is really tough. The Greens just haven't discovered it yet, otherwise it would have been banned long ago. Karsten

To me, it doesn’t necessarily look like mold. For example, if something is rusting under the plaster, it can also cause stains. Is the wall plastered? I can’t really tell.
