Hello guys, sorry for my bad German. My wife and I have just bought a piece of land and plan to build on it in early 2022. The problem, however, is that the property is costing more than we would have liked and has used up some of the allocated budget for the house. My question is, is it possible to build a 160 m2 house with a budget of 350k including the building costs and everything that comes with it. Thanks in advance.

Sehr unwahrscheinlich in BW. Mein Glücksfall sind mindestens 400.000.

Not less than 400,000 euros. You must economize. Be careful. The prices from the construction companies are not final prices. Hello everyone, sorry for my poor German. My wife and I have just bought a plot of land and want to build on it at the beginning of 2022. The problem, however, is that the plot costs more than we had hoped and has used up part of the allocated budget for the house. My question is, is it possible to build a house with 160 m2 with a budget of 350k including [Baunebenkosten] and everything that goes with it. Thank you very much in advance.
