We intend to build a house (city villa) with a bay window using a builder.
Living area according to DIN: 160 m²;
Net floor area: 170 m²
Enclosed volume (DIN 277): 690 m³
The house should cost €220,000 including underfloor heating.
Construction method: solid house
Is this offer still "within range"?
Plot: €160,000 excluding property transfer tax and notary fees
How much would I have to finance (equity capital: €50,000)?
Builder
We have the option to choose TÜV supervision with an extra charge of €2,500, although the house will be accepted by TÜV in the end.
What is your opinion on this?
What are the indicators to get a sense of whether the business partner (builder) is competent?
Where can the construction description + the construction contract or the offer be checked afterwards?
