New construction - exterior paint how often?

Hello everyone,

we have started our new build (single-family house, solid without ETICS) and now have an offer from our builder to paint the house a 2nd time in addition to the standard. It is supposed to cost 1290,--. We are now wondering if this is necessary. Can this delay a necessary coat of paint for a few years?

First layer: mineral lime cement
Second layer: fabric filler entire house
Third layer: mineral fine plaster (2-3 mm) tinted white including leveling coat with silicate facade paint from the company Brilux
House base in cement screed.

I would appreciate your opinions.

As a rule, no painting is done at all; only colored plaster is applied.
