Hello,
I am building a KFW 55 solid house and am still looking for the suitable decentralized ventilation for the bathroom and bedrooms. (Possibly later retrofitting in the open living / dining / kitchen area - initially manual ventilation is very good here since wife and child are at home....)
Devices with alternating fan direction, i.e. with ceramic storage, are not an option. Especially due to poor air filtration and, in my opinion, technically poor heat recovery.

Does anyone here in the forum have recommendations for a good device?
In my internet research, I came across the Zehnder Comfospot, for example. Has anyone had experience with this?

Thanks in advance for your feedback.

Regards

What are the arguments against central systems? I myself have a decentralized inverter from Sevi. Heat recovery works okay so far, electricity consumption is rather very low (we are at 30 € household electricity and the devices run all day), noise level is borderline okay (but you will have that with all devices). Take a look at BlueMartin or Halmburger - we were able to see the latter in operation, it was also okay. Both are cross-flow. Bayernlüfter is also cross-flow, but the volumes seemed small at the time.

From my point of view, the high costs and long pipes. Thank you for your recommendation. Does no one have experience with the [zehnder] device or know if it can be operated not only manually but also CO2-controlled?
