Hello everyone,
attached is the current bathroom plan for our guest bathroom on the ground floor with a total area of 5 sqm.
It is located on the ground floor of a city villa with 155 sqm without a basement, the bathroom is situated at the northwest corner of the house.
The walls are fixed, as are the window and door dimensions. The positions of the window and door could still be shifted along the wall.
We are looking for your opinions and suggestions for improvement regarding the size and arrangement of the shower/WC/washbasin as well as the pre-wall constructions.
The 3D views were created with the V&C bathroom planner, therefore some details are not correctly represented:
- The floor will be tiled continuously, also in the shower area. The shower area will have a drainage channel on the window side. The shower floor area measures 90 x 165 cm (w x l)
- A fixed glass panel 90 x 220 cm (w x h) will be installed between the shower and the WC
- The washbasin with vanity cabinet is too wide in the 3D image; the bathroom planner does not have 60 cm wide Subway washbasins.
An electric towel radiator will be retrofitted if necessary in practice. The heat demand calculation does not foresee one.
