New building energy certificate Kfw 70?

Hello! I have received the energy certificate for our new building along with the calculations. The following values were obtained:

Primary energy demand: 59.9 kWh/m²a Energetic quality of the building envelope Building actual value HT=0.30 W/m²K Final energy demand: 26 kWh/m²a

Does our house meet the requirements of a KfW Efficiency House 70 (2009) :confused:? Has the funding been released again in the meantime?

Yes, the program has been open again since the end of January.. I cannot exactly assess the values, just google it
