Network planning in the existing house - cable ducts?

Addendum: The new DreamMachine Pro SE is about 100 euros more expensive than the regular one and now has 8 PoE ports.

Honestly, we build houses worth 400K - 1,000K €. I don’t worry about a switch. I would always choose a PoE switch that can cover all the sockets in the house. I don’t have the patience or time to spend a few hundred euros for the rest of my life every time there’s a change at the patch panel.
Cover all ports with PoE and never think again about where to connect my DECT base, APs, etc… just plug and play.
Seriously. We’re talking 250 to 800 € depending on requirements. And that’s for a house worth several hundred thousand euros.

I would rather call that 0.4 to 1.0 million EUR ;-)
