Name for old handles from Ikea Pax, 2012 sought

Hello everyone,

I bought these handles in 2012 for my former Pax and now I want to expand the Pax, but I can't find these handles anymore. Replacing them is difficult because the dimensions of the drill holes do not match new, different ones that I would like.
Does anyone know what these handles are called and where I might be able to get them?
