hello,

I now have to quickly arrange financing.
On the internet, there are intermediaries for construction financing who offer relatively good conditions and compare options.

Should one make use of something like this?

Do they charge commissions?

Or should one go directly to the bank?
What are the advantages and disadvantages?

Or where else can one get "the" cheapest loan?

Thanks!

We have been with both Interhyp and Dr. K., each with good experiences so far. Dr. K. completely handles the processing for the banks, including the disbursement. Since they mainly specialize in home construction loans, I can also imagine that they can work more efficiently than a bank. However, we are still just shortly before the contract signing. When I compare that to the advice I received from a "financing specialist" at the local bank, I feel better off with the broker.

Since my answers were obviously not suitable for some clever moderator, they were deleted without comment. Of course, the thread is not distorted by this, how could it be? I hope at least the thread creator read my answer. I will therefore limit myself to reading, as I do not want to cause the gentlemen moderators or other authorities too much work with deleting content. Is there now also a funny warning for this, or will it be deleted immediately?
