Hello everyone, does anyone know if such a mortgage comparison runs without a Schufa inquiry? I was able to compare conditions from various providers without giving any personal information. This comparison is really great. If I then want an offer, I end up on the homepage of the respective provider. But when I enter my data for an offer, and that is my question, is a Schufa inquiry already made then? It would be nice to get reliable information. Maybe someone is familiar with this.

How the respective provider does this varies. Some already make a Schufa inquiry when creating the offer, others do it later before concluding the contract, and others completely refrain from a Schufa inquiry.

What exactly bothers you about a Schufa inquiry for credit conditions?

Hello,

Schufa distinguishes between a conditions inquiry and a credit inquiry.

You basically have to make it clear to the bank person that they first initiate a conditions inquiry at Schufa ...

Hello,

I wouldn't necessarily want a banker, whose job I have to explain, to calculate the financing for what is probably the biggest investment of my life.

Regards,

Dirk

By now, even the last bank person in the very last village near the last border in the forest before Lummerland should have understood that. At every major bank, it should now be standard. This issue was already being pushed around the village when I was in training (10 years ago).

PS: And Schufa distinguishes much more than that.

But feel free to post your key data here and we will tear apart the conditions :-)

Definitely also ask intermediaries. An Interhyp, Dr. Klein etc. are familiar with inquiries.
