Hello everyone,
To come to my situation:
The shell is completed to the extent that the roof has been on the house since August.
The roof still has no insulation to date. The screed was laid 4 weeks ago.
Now we have noticed that some beams show black spots (pictures will follow).
In the attic, we also discovered that a lot of water has collected between the welds.
Furthermore, almost the entire underlay membrane is covered with white spots that look like mold.
How should I best proceed now?
Dry the attic
Vacuum mold with a vacuum cleaner (HEPA filter)
Treat mold with chlorine
Does that make sense?
