Hello everyone,
I'm slowly running out of options. I have had the mixing faucet Dalskär for about a year. Now the mixing nozzle/aerator/flow regulator (found even more names for it) was dirty and calcified. It's not a big deal. Normally, you can clean it quickly.
The mixing nozzle has a slot that you can unscrew with a coin. At least in theory. In practice, the mixing nozzle falls apart into its individual parts when unscrewed. A visit to the furniture store I trust didn't really help either. The service there just said that the part is not available separately. But I could buy these things at any hardware store. However, I did not find this internal mixing nozzle in three different hardware stores.
I then wrote to customer service and explained my problem. They only told me that I have a 10-year warranty and could simply uninstall the mixing faucet and then get a new one. Sure, everyone has quick connectors on their faucets.
I found lots of these mixing nozzles online. Unfortunately, in various sizes and lengths.
Does anyone know which size I need for the mixing nozzle? M18, M21, short or long, etc.
Thanks in advance.
