Hello everyone,

I have a Zehnder controlled residential ventilation system. How large must the distance from the ventilation outlet (supply air) be at least to an "obstacle"?
Background: I want to place a wardrobe in the bedroom, which unfortunately would stand right in front of the ventilation outlet. Distance about 3-4 cm.

Is that okay or do I impair the function by doing so?

Thanks and regards

That is hard to say, but I tend to say "yes". It can be helpful if the cabinet base has ventilation openings in the front.

div Paradigms recommend at least double the diameter as the minimum distance. Better would be at least triple.

Depending on the valve used, noise may occur. If a flat one that blows to the side is used, there are no concerns regarding functionality.

It is a CLD-P from Zehnder Noise development would not be so dramatic as long as the function is ensured
