Hello,
my wife and I have verbally agreed on the purchase of a house (built in 86). On the ground floor, a floor heating system is mostly already installed. We are considering having floor heating milled in the other areas, as we are replacing the floors. In addition, a floor heating system should also be installed in the renovated bathroom on the first floor.
My questions now:
1. Could there be compatibility issues? According to the craftsman, of course not. The distributor with lower flow temperature can be tapped below in any case, and on the first floor, the pipe for the regular radiators can probably be used.
2. Are there alternatives? Removing the screed and going conventional is clear, but also more laborious and expensive.
Thanks in advance...
