Mattress PS Håvet

Hello and I already have the first question!!

Last Thursday (3.12.09) I bought the guest bed PS Håvet. The mattress was rolled up and packed in a plastic foil. Super transport size!! But it won't unfold :( In the description it says that after 24 hours it has its correct dimensions :confused: but nothing. And we are getting visitors soon and they are supposed to sleep on it.

Any tips?? How do I get the mattress to 10 cm????

No, there is no possibility. But normally the mattress should have unfolded within 4 weeks. You can also sleep on it without it being fully unfolded. If after 4 weeks the mattress still does not meet your expectations, you can return it and take a new one. Regards Maverick1854 P.S.: Try blow-drying it.... :D :D :D

Then off you go to the friendly Ikea dealer around the corner. Exchange them just to be safe. Explain your issue and I think IKEA will agree with you.
