Hello construction experts,
we have decided to build with Town & Country. In addition to the air-water heat pump and underfloor heating, we have chosen a proper central ventilation system for our 160 sqm city villa.
Since we want to save some energy both in cold winters and hot summers, we are interested in controlled residential ventilation with a geothermal heat exchanger. Unfortunately, Town & Country does not offer this with Rotex.
Now I would like to get advice on whether an air well would be possible for us (soil conditions as well as groundwater) or if it would be better to lay a pipe.
In addition, I would like to have an overview of the costs and which manufacturers actually offer this.
Who is the best contact for a concrete inquiry in the South Hesse area?
Thank you very much for your help.
