Is there anyone here who has either built in Mainz at the Gonsbachterrassen or who plans to build in Budenheim in the new development area on Gonsenheimer Straße (Wohnen am Golfplatz)?

On the homepage of Molitor Immobilien there is already some initial information about the semi-detached house. By the way, we are building a single-family house there (Bautagebuch ist online.).
