Good day again.
I also noticed this.
If you let the main entrance door made of plastic close without strong pressure (i.e., only by its own movement), it does not latch. You can then simply push it open.
If you want it to fall into the lock, you have to slam it shut really hard.
Of course, you can hear that. Especially me, who has the bedroom directly above...
I also told the property management about it right away (and before that, the construction company during the acceptance).
They say it will get better over time...
