Low-pressure valve for guest WC with branch (like bathtub faucet)?

Hello.

Is there a bathtub faucet suitable for a small guest WC for installation through a hole from below with a branch after the single-lever mixer? Because if there isn't, the only option would be a "Sink Splitter" from Ali, etc. You screw it onto the outlet of a faucet (instead of the aerator, which is then attached underneath).

For a low-pressure faucet with a mini DLE underneath, there apparently is no other solution than such a "bathtub faucet" to have a shower hose. Branching off underneath probably doesn't work because with low pressure you likely can't simply branch off at the DLE outlet, since the faucet would have to be on top for the water to run there...
