Looking for experiences with construction managers in the Hamburg/Ahrensburg area

Good day everyone,

does anyone have good experience with construction managers in the Hamburg metropolitan area, preferably close to Ahrensburg? (m/f/d of course)

It is only a small project:
In our 1930s single-family house, before moving in, all the electrical wiring must be renewed, hot water pipes installed, underfloor heating in the living room and possibly all walls painted. Later on, there will also be an extension of the attic and some other things, just to mention it in case the prospect of follow-up jobs makes it more attractive.

For this, we need someone who plans the whole thing, coordinates the trades and above all carries out the acceptance professionally.
Since we ourselves have little technical/craft background, we don't want to take any risks and would like to hire a civil engineer/architect for this.
By the way, what do you think the construction management roughly costs for such a small project?

It’s just a smaller project:

Later on, there will also be the attic conversion and some other things, just to mention, in case the prospect of follow-up orders makes it more attractive.

For f/d I don’t know anyone. If m is also acceptable, check out Ole Piepgras or Potthoff Ingenieure.
