Looking for a recommended construction company in Hessen / Darmstadt district

Dear readers,

we have inherited a partially developed building plot of approximately 500 sqm in Pfungstadt (not a new development area). There is no development plan and no relevant restrictions. In the neighborhood, there are large single-family houses and partly also three-story houses. We want to build a single-family house with 2 full floors and a living area of about 150 - 170 sqm, possibly with a hipped roof or flat roof.

Our budget is 500,000 EUR (incl. ancillary construction costs, foundation slab, garage, and kitchen). Regarding the type of construction, we are still undecided but tend to a solid house.

Due to the general "construction boom," we are currently finding it difficult to find a 100% reliable and top-rated construction company that still has resources this year. Due to a lack of time for our own work, we would like to build turnkey and not take care of coordinating the trades ourselves.

Does anyone have experience, recommendations, and tips for top construction companies that have been working successfully with regional craftsmen for years (no sub-subcontracting desired) from the Hessen area or the Darmstadt district?

I think this year it could really be tight. At the moment, so many NBGs are being developed and released in the Rhein-Main area over the course of the year, that will be difficult. I will reflect on it, maybe I will think of someone.
