Looking for a house construction company in Berlin Brandenburg

A few weeks ago I started thinking about building a house, but I have already seen so many negative things on TV about construction companies that I am unsure which construction company I should best turn to.

I am interested in a solid house as well as one for which I can get the [KFW 55] subsidy.

I would be happy to receive a brief response.
