Loans for retirees - Do they get the same low interest rates?

Hello everyone, I have a question about loans for retirees. Does a retiree in their mid-60s who has a house as collateral get a mortgage loan at the currently low interest rates (somewhere between 3 and 4%)? Of course, with a land charge entry on the house. If yes, how much would a retiree receive approximately. Many thanks

With a house as collateral, the whole situation doesn't look so bad. Nevertheless, not every bank agrees to this, or you have to take out a [Restschuldversicherung], which makes the whole thing more expensive.
