Loan-to-value 80%, interest rate fixed for 15 years. Is that fair?

Hello - the following offer is available:

Loan-to-value ratio 80%
Fixed interest period 15 years as full repayment

The nominal interest rate is 1.23%

Is that OK or can it be better? :)

Many thanks to you!

That is rather unrealistically good. If it stays that way, strike while the iron is hot, provided it fits.

I would have expected more around 1.4 to 1.6.

I also think that's good, I just got 1.4% for 10 years on 78% [Beleihung].
