Dear forum,

we are now in the detailed financing planning. :) Currently, the two well-known major loan brokers (....hyp) and (Dr. ...) have obtained the offers. We are always told there that you get better conditions through those brokers. I find that hard to imagine because there is a considerable commission involved. What do you think about that? This question has been bothering me the whole time. There was once a thread about this in the forum, but there was trouble because of advertising. :-)

Both and better one too many than too few.

With intermediaries, you usually get good offers. You should take advantage of that. But also with banks themselves, if you know where.

Does it make sense to approach the bank directly again with the intermediary's offer? And is there still room for negotiation with the offers or are they usually fixed?

No, that doesn't make sense. Brokers have the best conditions. Banks sometimes have special promotions and brokers don't always know that.
