Hello, my wife and I want to start building a passive house soon (it is still a "almost"-house: we have almost bought the plot, almost submitted the building application, almost submitted the loan application, etc... ;)). The passive house concept convinces me on almost all levels: ecological, economical, and also in terms of living comfort. I have now experienced a passive house "live" and was thrilled: fresh air, warm, quiet, simply great. What would interest me, however, maybe someone can report from their own experience: How intensive is the operation of the building technology in a passive house? Does the technical operating effort differ a lot from a conventional house (in winter, I also always have to keep adjusting the radiators, etc)? For example, do you have to regulate the ventilation system a lot, depending on whether there are 2 or 4 people in the house? I would be very happy about a few reports, best regards nachtzeche
