Legal requirements for flagpoles in Hesse

Hello everyone,

I am planning to set up a flagpole from the hardware store (6.3m) in my yard and equip it with the flag of my favorite football club. In advance, I searched the HBO. Only in the appendix "Baugenehmigungsfreie Vorhaben nach § 63" I found something under point 5.3.4. But even there neither a maximum height nor other details are given. Also regarding setback distances to neighbors, §6 HBO does not really help me. I simply cannot make sense of the text. Maybe someone here is able to help me.
