Hello We are building with a construction company and the architect has been planning almost since March 2nd and we still have not received a building application. The architect supposedly has all the documents together, only the site plan from another department is missing. Does anyone have any idea if you can set a deadline or something like that? I feel helpless and there must be something you can do. The contract also does not say anything about when the house should be completed. Best regards

Half a year is not a long time after all. I can imagine that after one year you can send a reminder. Are you finished with everything? Is the design as it should be? Eventually he will finish, the architect wants to get paid too :) Maybe call the architects' chamber and ask?

Ouch. Then I hope for you that you were not equally naive about the price guarantee. You probably also did not agree on compensation for additional bank costs due to delays (?)

Only the architect is still waiting for a site plan from a department. Which department exactly? Building authority or home building company? We requested our site plan ourselves ...
