LED recessed spotlights or LED panels

Hello, we are now at the stage of planning our lighting. And we are currently a bit stuck due to the abundance of options. Can someone give me a tip for good LED panels or recessed spots? We want square spots or panels, the size should be about 12x12 cm. Please no fundamental discussion, just buying tips ;)

Difficult to give any purchase recommendations since we don’t know your concept. Maybe you should try the search function to possibly get some answers already. If you only want buying tips without discussion, I think I can only advise you to get various offers from specialized retailers or to wade through the vastness of the WWW. ;)
