Hi,

I have a LED bulb from dm in the bathroom. When I turn it on, it takes about 1-2 seconds before the light is fully on. I also have LED light bulbs in the hallway and in the living room, and they come on immediately.

What could be causing the delay? Hardly the electrical wiring, because if the lamp were wired incorrectly, it wouldn't get any power at all.

Regards,

That is due to the electronics in the lamp, not the connection. You switch on 230V and the lamp first has to convert the voltage internally for the LED. Depending on the technology used, that takes some time. However, I consider 1-2 seconds to be too long.
