Land surveyor wanted in the Odenwald / Bergstraße / Weinheim area

we have been silent readers for a while and are currently facing a problem.
Yesterday, the surveyors arrived at our hillside property, today a setback: already the second engineering firm has declined us and we are not getting a soil report.
Does anyone of you perhaps have a hot tip / good experiences from which we could benefit?

Rejection number one: Construction area is known and there is weathered rock relatively close underground - he does not do that. Rejection number two: similar: no offer due to local conditions and capacity reasons.
