Hello I am interested in a property. In the land register section 2 it says the following: Limited personal easement (waiver of immission damage and obligation to tolerate immissions) for RAG Aktiengesellschaft in Essen; What does that mean? Since there is no more mining, couldn't this be deleted? Thanks for information and suggestions

*laugh* I just say perpetual costs. The same applies to the damages. That can still happen in the next 1000 years...

And in this context. The property was available at a price lower than usual back then:

So that you as the buyer or an owner following you do not get the idea to approach RAG in case of an emergency.

According to the entry, it is only about immission?

And not when a brace collapses under the house and causes damage?

Then let the mine water rise. Let's see what else happens then...

Immission damage is a broad field: all influences from dust, chemicals, pollutants in the soil & water. Who knows what is in the soil there.
