Hello,

I have received a draft from the notary and had it reviewed by the lawyer. Some points arose that should be added, changed, or completely omitted. I informed the notary about this. What is the next step now? Will the notary just change it "as is"? Will the seller be informed about my changes/additions etc. by the notary and have to approve them, or how does this process work?

Thanks for your feedback!

Yes. The notary must enter it, if he can be held responsible for it, and the VKf. must also agree to it. Otherwise, it won't work. It is not your, but both of your contract.

Thank you Nordlys.

One more question regarding the transfer of ownership. How should one behave in relation to a property liability insurance (for an undeveloped plot of land)? The seller is the owner until the registration is changed, the transfer of ownership is planned to take place in January, with all rights and obligations, uses, burdens, and charges of all kinds passing to the buyer.

Thank you!

Your liability insurance from the moment of transfer of ownership. If you join the House and Property Owners’ Association, it is included in the contribution. In any case, this is how it is here.
