In April 2019 I ordered a Köster aluminum front door. It was supposed to be delivered at the beginning of June. Actual installation was at the end of June. Then the drama began. Several ordered features were not correct. Defect rectification was supposed to take place within 4 weeks. After nothing had happened by the beginning of August, I had the "audacity" to complain directly to Köster Ltd. I then received an arrogant and unfriendly answer; the sender was so cowardly that he didn't even give his name. The door was actually repaired at the end of August. All I can say is customer service: 6 = unsatisfactory. Never again with Köster Ltd.
