Köster front doors - defect rectification

In April 2019 I ordered a Köster aluminum front door. It was supposed to be delivered at the beginning of June. Actual installation was at the end of June. Then the drama began. Several ordered features were not correct. Defect rectification was supposed to take place within 4 weeks. After nothing had happened by the beginning of August, I had the "audacity" to complain directly to Köster Ltd. I then received an arrogant and unfriendly answer; the sender was so cowardly that he didn't even give his name. The door was actually repaired at the end of August. All I can say is customer service: 6 = unsatisfactory. Never again with Köster Ltd.

and what is that supposed to tell us now?
that the assembly and rework were done about 2 weeks late? and now everything is OK.
Why are you getting in touch here with this statement after about 2.5 months?
Was the presumably demanded discount not sufficient?

We are still missing the thumbs down button

The interested reader could deduce that it took 8 weeks (end of June to end of August) until the defects were remedied and Köster did not even make an effort to shorten the time.
You can spare yourself your insinuation of negligence.
Even after 2.5 months, the service quality will interest one or another reader.
