Kivik Recamiere

Hello everyone.

I recently got a Kivik chaise lounge and a matching seat element. I find the seat element very good. However, the chaise lounge is much, much too soft for me. My question: Is this generally the case with the series, or is it just my specific one? Now I am considering the Karlstad series. Is the chaise lounge firmer here?

We have the same problem, the recamiere is definitely too soft. We already had one exchanged after 2 months. And the current one is becoming soft again.
