Kitchen directly on screed

Hello everyone,
maybe someone can answer this question for me. Can I place my kitchen unit directly on the screed or should I also lay tiles under the kitchen unit?

Probably a bit late, but still: it doesn't necessarily make sense. Things often spill in the kitchen. It wouldn't be great if that soaks into the screed. Especially with an [Anhydritestrich], which is hygroscopic, that is not without risks.
