Kfw70 or 55? / Conditions

Hello everyone,
we are currently planning our single-family house. In short: are there better financing conditions for the 55 variant through the Kfw, or does the interest rate remain the same compared to the 55??

If the input parameters are the same, the interest rate remains the same for 70 / 55 and 40.

However, the repayment subsidy changes:

KfW Efficiency House 40 / Passive House 40	10 % of the loan amount, up to 5,000 euros for each residential unit
KfW Efficiency House 55 / Passive House 55	5 % of the loan amount, up to 2,500 euros for each residential unit
