KfW70 Credit - when does 1% apply and when 1.25%

I find that somehow confusing and it somehow also doesn't really emerge from the materials online. Once the possibility seems to be given to finance at 1%, and once at 1.25%. Our banker had basically always spoken of 1.25, unfortunately I didn't question it either.

Which 1%? There are different ones.

1% generally exists for Kfw 40, 55, and PH, for Kfw 70 only if you fully repay within 10 years, meaning you do not choose a longer calculated term.

Ah okay, thank you very much. So only with full repayment... then the "effort" really hardly pays off anymore.

One should rather take the additional amount and service the higher and therefore more expensive loan

That is more a question of possible repayment than of the interest rate.

At 10 years, we are now at 1.3% with the private bank, so I thought Kfw at 1.25% is rather not worth it. We will not manage full repayment.
