Hello.
We are owners of a semi-detached house. Both semi-detached halves are rented out and have separate oil heating systems.
Now a local heating network is being built, to which we are considering connecting.
According to the operator, the connection fees must be paid twice. Will we also receive the full subsidy twice? The KfW only mentions single-family houses and multi-family houses. For multi-family houses, the subsidy is lower from the second residential unit onwards.
