KfW 461 approval is available - provider change

I have received the approval for the Kfw461 KfW 461 grant. However, I will probably change the house builder - do I need to inform KfW about this and possibly submit a new KfW application? The house type 55e remains the same.

To get the KfW 461 grant, the building efficiency consultant had to enter his data. I think as long as he and the house remain the same, it’s not a problem. If that changes, it will be difficult. But I would a) call KfW and b) then get written confirmation.
