KfW 455-E (Burglary Protection – Investment Grant)

One question about that, since I couldn't make sense of it from the description. Can I apply for the funding for new construction? At one point it mentions burglar-resistant windows but resistance class RC2. Our windows are installed with RC2N. But I also want to install an outdoor camera, etc.

So from you: no anyway! Self-installations are not supported. Alarm systems must also meet a certain standard. Moreover, the 455 concerns renovation funding - maybe you will think about it again in 20 / 30 years ;)
