Hello everyone,

until when is one bound to the requirements associated with the loan? As long as the loan is repaid?
Do these expire at some point and if so, when?

Thanks

Look at the credit conditions.

Then you will find everywhere the information that you must comply with the conditions according to the funding for 10 years from the date of approval. So you must not worsen the house's energy efficiency, etc.
If you sell it, you must contractually pass the conditions on to the buyer.

Morning,

I had looked through the info documents at [KFW] and found nothing, so here is the attempt.
So after 10 years the conditions are void? Does that mean after that I can heat the house with biogas or pellets?

Thanks,
the donor

If you then have enough money left over to revert to such a completely outdated technology, then yes.

Ok, all right, thanks. If you already have the biomass anyway... There are definitely pros and cons.

Actually only cons – because heating can't be that much cheaper to recoup the investment costs.
