KFW 153 Construction Costs Definition/Content

Hi, can you help me understand what KFW considers as construction costs in their program 153?

I found out that the kitchen is not included.

What about bathroom fittings, toilet... washbasin etc.
Electrical installation: lamps, etc.
Establishing house connections (electricity, water, telephone)

Background: I have taken out a full financing of 300K for a total of 3 residential units, thought everything was included.

There are such things as disbursement conditions. It may be that, for example, a shower partition or a washbasin cabinet poses a problem. What does your bank say?
