Hello!
We plan to build a turnkey house with a construction company. The financing from the house bank is secured, the notarized purchase contract for the building plot as well as the consumer construction contract have already been signed. Construction is scheduled to start in April 2020. Since the equity is relatively low and there could be a bottleneck in covering the incidental costs, we have considered applying for a KFW 124 grant of approximately €25,000 as a precaution.
My question: Would this still be possible despite the already approved construction loan and signed consumer construction contract?
Thank you in advance!
