Hello dear forum,
we are a bit desperate. We have installed the above porcelain stoneware on our terrace, and within a few days the dirt seen in the pictures appeared. This cannot be removed with either a brush and water or a high-pressure cleaner. According to Jonastone, they do not know these stains and the manufacturer is also unaware of any defects in the delivered batch. Following their recommendation, we used the active cleaner from Lithofin, and after several treatments the stains disappeared. However, they reappear immediately, so this cleaning method is not practical for everyday use. Does anyone know this effect and the reason for it? Would impregnation possibly help?
Thank you in advance for your support
