Is this asbestos?

we are in the process of buying a house. In the associated garage, ceiling panels have been installed, and I am not sure whether they contain asbestos or not. Perhaps someone among you is familiar with this and could help us.

Asbestos corrugated sheets are installed as the roof. It seems they are no longer watertight. Can they be patched with bitumen or similar, or should we replace them? It doesn't need to last another 10 years now, but there are investments on the house that are more important at the moment.
