Good day everyone,
we are currently building with a developer in the Fürstenfeldbruck district and have had good experiences so far. However, one thing bothers us quite a bit because it looks strange visually and we cannot assess whether it is still within the norm or not.
It is a terraced house and the first issue is that the roof ridge stands out (see attached picture). We are reluctant to accept it as is, but according to the site manager, everything is technically sealed and in order, and such small visual issues are within the norm and simply due to "handwork." The photo was taken with our drone; the protrusion can also be clearly seen from a distance.
The second issue is, in our opinion, the untidy work below the roof. Is that how it is supposed to be?
Does anyone have an idea how to assess this?
