Is the renewal of window joints inadequate?

Good morning,

we had our wooden window joints renewed and during that process noticed that something was cut off, see 1st photo. Is that a big problem?

In the 2nd photo there is still an existing joint (inside). Would that need to be renewed or is the black even mold?

Regards

The first picture is totally blurry and I can't see anything. Photo 2: Black sealing material? Every new (plastic) window at my home looks like this. Nothing more can be seen. Sorry.

Attached another photo again. It is about the white area between the silicone joint.

Regarding photo 2: That is actually a gray silicone joint, but I am unsure whether it is just dirt or something worse.

Here is the photo again.

Your pictures show too little context. By "Fuge" you apparently mean the sealing of the panes with the wooden frame.

The spots honestly don't look optimal. If something was cut off at the edge seal, it can become problematic over time because that is exactly where the insulation of the glass against moisture and air is located. If that is damaged, condensation water can get between the panes over time – it doesn't have to happen immediately, but it is definitely not ideal.

As for the dark spots: it could simply be dirt or age-related discoloration, but it doesn't hurt to clean it thoroughly and observe if anything changes or returns. If it is moldy (which is hard to tell clearly from the photo), that would rather be a sign of permanently too high humidity or insufficient ventilation – so keep an eye on that as well.

If you are going to renew the joints anyway, I would have the frame and the glass checked at the same time so that it doesn't have to be addressed again in two years.

Regards
