Is the notary allowed to forward questions from the buyer to the seller?

Please clarify questions before the appointment. This is for reading aloud and signing, not for discussing fundamental issues. Follow-up questions are of course okay, but please do not come with a list of topics and requests for changes ;-)

Our then regular notary, however, saw and handled it differently :)

but normally it is really like this, that the matter is actually already settled beforehand and you "only" clarify things there and just have them read aloud. How much the kitchen should be listed separately for is to be clarified beforehand... depending on what time of day the appointment is, exchanging the paper can already be quite a hurdle.

I am much more likely to ask myself why I am planning to build with a contractor when there is virtually no trust? If trust were present, you would immediately ask these questions to your contractor.
